Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Unblank desktop application, website, and related services ("Unblank"). By creating an account or using Unblank you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Unblank provides real-time, AI-generated conversation suggestions during your live calls. Suggestions are assistance, not advice: you decide what to say, and you remain responsible for everything you say on a call.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
- Accounts are personal. One account per person; Team plan members each have their own account and installation.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User responsibilities
- Call consent. Laws on transcribing or assisting calls vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with the recording, transcription, and consent laws that apply to your conversations.
- Truthfulness. You are responsible for the accuracy of the briefs you give Unblank and for any claims you make on calls.
- Lawful use. You may use Unblank only for lawful purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Unblank to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others;
- Use it where AI assistance is prohibited (for example, in assessments or examinations that forbid it);
- Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software;
- Circumvent trial limits, metering, or access controls;
- Share one account across multiple people.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Free trial
New accounts receive 20 minutes of live copilot time, valid for 7 days from first login — whichever ends first. When the trial ends, premium functionality is disabled until you subscribe. We may change trial terms for future signups.
6. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, at the prices shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Plan minutes are metered per billing cycle as described on the pricing page.
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Unblank, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app while your account is in good standing. Your briefs and inputs remain yours.
8. Disclaimers
Unblank is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. We do not warrant any business outcome — no closed deal, passed interview, or resolved ticket is guaranteed. Live transcription and suggestions depend on audio quality and third-party AI services and may be interrupted or unavailable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Unblank. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50 if you paid nothing.
10. Termination
You may stop using Unblank and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
