Refund Policy
We want you to buy Unblank with confidence. That's why every account starts with a free trial — 20 minutes of live copilot time over 7 days — so you can test Unblank on real calls before paying anything.
Billing
Unblank subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and payment processing, and refunds are issued through them back to your original payment method.
14-day refund window
If Unblank isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund — no interrogation. We may ask what went wrong purely to improve the product.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel and haven't meaningfully used the new billing period, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — access then continues to the end of the paid period.
When we may decline a refund
- Requests outside the 14-day window;
- Heavy usage of the billing period in question (we'll be reasonable);
- Abuse of the policy — e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles;
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email villarinodee@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request". Include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt if you have it. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
EU & UK consumers
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases where applicable.
